Service contents of support for 2D Data Matrix Code
A) Vision 1 and printer/scanner:
- vision system parametrisation

B) Vision 2:
- printer fine-tuning
- camera system fine-tuning

Val_it executes e.g. the following work on the Seidenader systems:
- vision system start-up (general functional testing, brief printer tests, vision tests)
- setting all the sensors
- adjustment/optimisation of the vision settings
- feeding and optimisation of labels in the Wolke printer execution of system tests based on the internal system test protocol (simulation of the complete production run)
- software image input; also input of software patches as required
- creation of PC and SVIM® back-ups before and after changes are made
- documentation of changes and transfer of such changes to users and Seidenader
- feeding in new formulas; augmentation, optimisation and adaptation of existing formulas
